Clash in the Corn – Final Reminders & Missing Info

Good evening,

Clash in the Corn is almost here! Please double-check the following items to make sure your student is competition ready.

Reminders

• $60 event payment due (or $6 lunch fee for Saturday-only students)

  • PayPal link

• Medical and STIMS forms must be completed for all team members (new and returning)

• Be packed and ready for departure Friday at 2 PM from the lab

  • Calvin, Jack, and Elly will be leaving from the lab at 8 PM Friday

• Students need a ride from their respective schools to the lab

• New students are not required to have a team shirt for competition day

Still Needed

The following students are still missing required components for competition. Please bring these with you or complete them online prior to leaving.

• Trip Payment: Tada, Jack, Lucius, Calder

• Medical & Release Waivers: Ethan, Farhan, Jack, Lucius, Tada

• STIMS (FIRST Dashboard): Ethan, Farhan, Jack, Liam, Tommy (digital copy needed)

  • STIMS will be down until 11 PM tonight (October 16th)
