Bluff Country Regional – Important Information & Reminders

Good morning,

It’s almost time for the Bluff Country Regional in Winona! Below are a few important links to help everyone prepare for the competition. The slides from the parent meeting are also attached for reference.

Wednesday Departure

Please make sure students are at the lab by 3:00 PM on Wednesday and ready to go, unless other arrangements have already been made with a coach or mentor.

As we head into the event, this is a reminder for students to practice their best Gracious Professionalism and respect throughout the weekend. That includes in the car, at restaurants, and at the hotel. There are always eyes and ears around us, and students are representing the team, their schools, and our community at all times.

Apparel Update

Cotton Gallery is still working on the competition apparel order. I’m hoping to have it by practice tonight. If it does not arrive and your student needs a team polo for competition, please let me know.

Discord Reminder

Students, please make sure notifications are turned on for #announcements and #competition for the duration of the event. This is extremely important for relaying information to the team throughout the day.
